We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Although we take extra care in inspecting and packing your order, on occasion an item may be damaged during shipping. If you find that your order has been damaged, please email us at SunrisePhotoLab@gmail.com or call 718.388.0009 within 48 hours of receiving you order. We will instruct you on returning the item either for a refund or a replacement.

If you are not satisfied and wish to return it within the 30 day period from the time of purchase, please email us at the email address provided above or call at the above number.

Please Remember
1. All items must be returned in "like new" condition with the original packaging and must include all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owner's manuals. The original packing slip from the order must be included and the RMA number (if issued) must be legibly written on the return label.

2. The returned package must be received within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

3. When exchanging an item, you will be sent your new tracking number and replacement item after SunriseImage receives and approves the returned item.

4. All refunds for credit will be issued only to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping cost or return shipping cost unless your item was received damaged or an error occurred on our part.
